With thousands of employees using our internal tools to support millions of customers, it was essential to build unified design systems and streamlined workflows. These foundations kept our teams aligned, empowered consistent experiences across products, and ensured that every design decision scaled effectively across the organization.

In collaboration with another Design Lead, our teams created a training deck to help standardize design system practices across the organization. The resource outlined best practices for documentation, consistency, and design-to-development handoffs — ultimately helping UX teams deliver higher-quality work more efficiently.
