I led the User Experience, front-end design, strategy, testing, and upkeep on TheCEShop.com. The updates include, but are not limited to, product pages, customer or partner-facing landing pages, the cart and checkout, and our content hub.
The CE Shop Homepage
As the primary landing experience for students, partners, and new visitors, The CE Shop homepage is a critical touchpoint in our customer journey. I led the strategy, design, A/B testing, and overall user experience for this page, collaborating closely with our SEM and Customer Service teams to ensure we balance SEO performance with a thoughtful, user-centered CX. I also manage the design team responsible for ongoing enhancements and updates to this high-visibility experience.
The CE Shop Content Hub - Agent Essentials
The CE Shop is more than just a real estate education provider, it is a one-stop-shop for all things real estate. The Marketing team made a goal to create the best content hub the industry has ever seen to help agents in every way possible. This page was designed and created by the Web Design team with help from the IT team and Content Marketing team. This is an up-to-date resource that includes Blogs, Ebooks, Videos, and Podcasts sorted into 7 different categories and created in-house with help from our real estate experts.

We revitalized the page by updating the design style, incorporating new imagery, making it fully mobile-friendly, highlighting key features, and showcasing the awards we have won as a company.
Product Landing Pages
This is the general landing page for all Pre-Licensing real estate education products. It is made up of a course selector that is dynamic based on the products available in each state, an interactive state map to engage customers and prompt action, features of The CE Shop and our industry-leading products, a demo video, testimonials, and an interest form. I work with my web designers and the SEM team to A/B test and constantly improve the function and revenue-impacting features of this page, as well as the Customer service and Marketing Strategy team to ensure the user journey is in line with our company strategies.
