Caily is your family’s elder care app.
Why We Started Caily
Caily was born out of a universal challenge — the increasing complexity of caregiving and the emotional, logistical, and informational strain it places on families. From managing appointments and medications to keeping everyone in the loop, caregiving often feels fragmented and overwhelming.
We recognized that care isn’t just medical — it’s deeply personal and social. Families, caregivers, and professionals need a single place to stay connected, organized, and supported through every stage of care. Caily was created to bring that connection together.
The Problem We Solve
Caregiving today is siloed across tools, platforms, and people:
Information is scattered — between texts, spreadsheets, and paper notes.
Communication is fragmented — caregivers and families often lack shared visibility.
Tasks are hard to track — daily check-ins, appointments, and medication reminders easily fall through the cracks.
Emotional burden is high — caregivers face stress, uncertainty, and burnout without structured support.
Caily solves these pain points by offering a centralized, connection-driven care platform that bridges people, information, and emotional support in one intuitive experience.
Our Vision & Mission

UX Philosophy
Caily’s UX is guided by connection and simplicity:
Connected Experiences: Each feature — chat, calendar, vault, check-ins — feeds into a unified ecosystem designed for care collaboration.
Accessibility for All: Large tap targets, high contrast, clear type hierarchy (Georgia Pro & Inter), and assistive-friendly layouts ensure usability for older adults and differently-abled users.
Calm Design: Soft tones, white space, and predictable patterns make the platform feel trustworthy and non-clinical.
Emotional Intelligence: Microinteractions and tone of voice prioritize warmth, empathy, and encouragement.
Results
Grew our B2C user base: We gained over 1500 users within the first 3 months.
Any device, any time: You can use Caily on every type of device - Mobile, tablet, and desktop via Caily.com. We are in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or you can use the web app if you prefer a larger device.
Launched a B2B platform: Shortly after the B2C launch, we dove into the B2B platform. This platform is sold to businesses of all sizes and used by their Benefits or HR department to manage the Caily Subscriptions they purchase.
We started with extensive UX Workshops that included a Business Model Canvas Exercise, Role Naming, Persona Development, User Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, and User Flows.
These exercises helped us understand the user, the problem, the potential personas, and the ideal journey through our product.
After the UX Workshops and additional user research, we had enough info to get started on the design. We went through a few iterations of UX design before arriving at the polished UI design seen below. We completed a B2C app as well as a B2B Platform
